As we reflect on the past 12 years Prism Properties & Development has been in business we feel so fortunate that we have grown and continue to grow in the Real Estate and Property Management market.
Owner/ President, Michael Calabrese, has been in real estate since 2001, starting in New Jersey and moving south in 2004. A Charlotte gay Realtor, Michael has been awarded the Five Star Professional Award for 10 years as well was awarded America’s Top 1% of Realtor with being in the top 100 Realtors in the Charlotte Metro Area since 2021. Owner/ Vice President, Brian Simpson, joined the “family” business in February 2009.
We started out in the sunroom of our home trying to make it through a down market. Sales were not moving much at the time. Several of our Clients could not sell their property and were looking to us for direction. As a result, we ventured into Property Management to give our Clients the option of leasing their home until the market rebounded. We worked hard to make sure we provided quality and knowledgeable service.
