Greg Coggins is a highly qualified real estate professional and Charleston gay Realtor with over 40 years of business experience.

As a Charleston Lowcountry native, Greg spent 30+ years with Marriott International and The Ritz-Carlton hotel company. There he learned not only world-class customer service skills but, as a corporate finance executive, finely-tuned and advanced negotiation skills.

Initially licensed in Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, and South Carolina, Greg has been trained in and earned several National Association of Realtors certifications and designations including Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), ePRO, At Home With Diveristy (AHWD®), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®), and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). He also holds the coveted Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsement from the National Association of Realtors. Greg is very active in the Board of Realtors serving as a Director on the Board of Directors for the South Carolina Association of Realtors as well as being a member or committee chairperson for the Legislative, Public Policy, Professional Standards, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committees of both the local and state boards.

Greg grew up in the West Ashley community of Charleston and has lived in the greater Charleston area communities of Folly Beach, Hanahan, North Charleston, and Summerville where he currently resides. He loves all things outdoors and claims he is happiest on the beach where he loves spending time fishing or just walking with his husband of nineteen years.
