My love for Portland began the very first time I came to visit, in 2001. Within a few months, I had visited 2 more times followed by my move from Iowa. = My feelings for this great city and the PNW only continue to grow.

My passion for houses began as a child, however I did not realize it until I started the search for my own home several years ago. When I was a child my father built his own home, and owns rental properties. Over the years of helping him to repair, remodel and maintain those homes has taught me respect and vision to see the potential a home has.

When I began searching for my home, I discovered how much I enjoyed searching for homes and finding as much information as possible about the houses I was looking at. I found that I was still researching homes after my house deal was complete, all of this lead me to the decision to change careers.
