I started my real estate career in 1994 when I turned my first home into a rental. One rental turned into two and soon I owned thirteen rentals. I became very familiar with the buying and selling process as a client before ever considering being an agent.

In 2010 I joined Dunnigan Realtors and refocused my passion. Now, as a Sacramento gay friendly Realtor, I hunt for the perfect homes for my clients and use my extensive past corporate experience in brand management and marketing to make my listing stand out from the competition. With years of experience in project management and complex negotiations before becoming a Realtor I strive for the best results for my clients while making the process as smooth as possible.

With almost no personal advertising (you'll never see my name on a bus bench, billboard or news paper ad) I've built my business through providing superior service and communication. The majority of my business is now past clients and referrals but I usually have time to take on new clients that find me in other ways as well. For many years I have consistently been in the top 1% production out of all Sacramento County agents.

Aside from real estate, my passions are going to Yosemite, Tahoe and anywhere in the mountains. I love hiking around Sacramento, up Half Dome and across the Grand Canyon Rim to Rim in a day. Most of all I love traveling the world with my amazing wife and that is where any vacation time will take me.

I live in East Sac and specialize in the amazing homes here but I am happy to help my clients in whatever neighborhood they would like to live. I love helping my clients buy the perfect home in the perfect location or sell when the time is right. It doesn’t matter where they are buying or selling or what price range, they will always get my million dollar service.
