According to Peter, picking a favorite neighborhood in Philly is akin to asking a parent to pick their favorite child. "I love so many neighborhoods in Philly – all for different reasons. For me, there's nothing better than meandering down Delancey Street on Halloween (the costumes are TDF) or attending the annual Philadelphia Flower Show with my family (It's a tradition) – I have and will always have an innate passion for The City of Brotherly Love which also includes the Main Line area — Chanticleer garden experience, in Wayne, is a favorite spot."
For over 14 years, Peter has lived in the tony Rittenhouse house area of Philadelphia and has a special place in his heart for the park—so much so, that he is now an active committee member of the Friends of Rittenhouse Square, which serves to preserve and protect the beauty of the park over time.
Raised in the western suburbs of Philadelphia, he spent his childhood exploring nooks and crannies of our Heritage City, drinking in the diverse culture, rich history, and lively arts. As a child, he was a super fan of the Franklin Institute's famous heart exhibit.
"I was fortunate enough to witness Philadelphia's explosive growth over the decades which has truly helped me in providing expert real estate representation to clients. I have a true handle on the unique attributes prevalent in each locale. I know the new restaurants, cafes, coffee bars, and other social destinations. When people live in the city, they are really buying into a certain lifestyle and that's why I take the time to get to know my clients' needs and wants."
A great listener and a natural visionary, Peter is a master when it comes to facilitating the client journey from listing to closing. As a Philadelphia gay Realtor, the combination of his education, experience, passion, and attention to detail separates him from other agents. "I believe in being very straight-forward with clients because that's how I would want to be treated. I'm very candid, down-to-earth and brutally honest at times."
Throughout his entire professional career, Peter has continually donated a portion of his sales to The Special Olympics of Delaware County. A self-proclaimed foodie, Peter enjoys dining out nightly with friends and binge-watching his favorites on Bravo.
