Spencer Terry is proud to represent LGBTQ+ buyers and sellers in the Chicagoland area. As a gay man himself, moving to a large city was an exciting and nerve wracking experience. Chicago has been his home for almost 10 years, and he has loved every minute of it. Spencer lives in the Andersonville neighborhood, but works throughout Chicago including Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Downtown, Edgewater, Ravenswood and more in addition to the North Shore suburbs.

He has been in the top 10% of agents, and was in Chicago’s Whos Who magazine of 2023. His number one goal is to help clients pursue their dreams of home ownership or selling their beloved home in the easiest, most stress free way possible.
