Stephanie is a lesbian Evanston Realtor and seasoned professional offering clients a uniquely personal approach to navigating the Real Estate processes of buying and selling in Chicago and the North Shore.
Having earned a Managing Broker License, a certification as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and a designation from the National Association of Realtors as a Seller Representative Specialist, Stephanie’s expertise and 13+ years of experience in the business ensure that every client will receive expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
Stephanie is a dual French/American citizen who moved to Chicago in 2003 to pursue her graduate degree at DePaul University. In addition to her vast knowledge of the Real Estate world, Stephanie comes to the table with degrees in Communications and in the Arts, both of which give her one-of-a-kind skills to help buyers and sellers position themselves competitively in today’s market.
She also possesses enough knowledge in design and construction, as part of a family history, to give her an edge in advising clients.
In every aspect of life, Stephanie is a teacher at heart who strongly believes in the value of transparency, honesty, trust, and loyalty. Her approach with clients is extremely collaborative, recognizing that the process clients go through is 100% theirs. Having gone through the process of buying and selling multiple times herself, she is a very empathetic advocate, and truly listens to client needs. She emphasizes team-like collaboration with a goal of empowering clients to make the very best decisions for THEMSELVES by giving them all necessary tools, as well as comprehensive advice, and information throughout the entire process.
Having lived in many of Chicago’s neighborhoods, and as a long-time resident of Evanston, Stephanie loves to share her insights and expertise in these areas. When not working with clients, Stephanie thoroughly enjoys being a single mom to a beautiful baby boy and spends lots of time with friends and family, with whom she is extremely close. She is an avid animal lover (and pug owner), a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, and an advocate for equality and inclusion in all its forms. She values her roots in the French culture and loves to travel, she thoroughly enjoys cooking, painting, and spending time in nature. As a member of the Chicago theater community, you might even catch her on stage!
