I started my real estate career in 1994 when I turned my first home into a rental. One rental turned into two and soon I owned thirteen rentals. I became very familiar with the buying and selling process as a client before ever considering being an agent.
In 2010 I joined Dunnigan Realtors and refocused my passion. Now, as a Sacramento gay friendly Realtor, I hunt for the perfect homes for my clients and use my extensive past corporate experience in brand management and marketing to make my listing stand out from the competition. With years of experience in project management and complex negotiations before becoming a Realtor I strive for the best results for my clients while making the process as smooth as possible.
With almost no personal advertising (you’ll never see my name on a bus bench, billboard or news paper ad) I’ve built my business through providing superior service and communication. The majority of my business is now past clients and referrals.
